About This Project

The Edison Lofts were completed in 2016. They consist of five stories of timber framing over an elevated post-tensioned concrete level that contains parking and retail uses. The units offer wide open spaces and high ceilings and are one of the latest offerings in downtown Raleigh’s revival.
